The newly renovated Chelsea Cottage contains four independent living apartments. Located on landscaped grounds south of the Fairview nursing home, all apartments have views of the Thames River. Like Fellowship Manor, Chelsea Cottage is designed as an independent living residence for older adults who want to maintain their present lifestyles, but with added conveniences such as interior/exterior maintenance and trash removal.
