Fairview, The Odd Fellows Home of Connecticut is happy to announce the selection of a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization. Current CEO, James Rosenman will be departing mid-January, taking a new position out of state. “James has done so much for Fairview during his time here and will truly be missed by all,” said Edith Kalin, President of the Fairview, Odd Fellows Home of Connecticut Board of Directors.
The search committee consisted of a few members of the Fairview Executive Board and the Fairview Senior Leadership Team. Kalin states, “we were fortunate to meet several high quality candidates and were unanimous with our decision to offer the CEO role to Pamela Klapproth.” Pamela will be joining Fairview on February 11, 2019. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and comes to Fairview with a wealth of experience in managing skilled nursing facilities, continuing care retirement communities and home & community based services. Currently, she is the Executive Director of Covenant Village in Cromwell. Regarding Fairview, Klapproth says, “it is with great excitement that I accept the CEO position at Fairview and I look forward to working with the Board of Directors and the team in leading Fairview on its continuing journey toward a bright and prosperous future.”
Pamela will oversee the entire Fairview campus, which currently specializes in Rehabilitation & Post-Acute Care, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Long Term Care, Memory Care and Independent Senior Housing. Fairview has expanded in recent years and is poised for additional growth and diversification of services. Fairview is delighted to have Pamela leading the organization through this strategic growth.
