We know our employees work hard every day to ensure that our residents and patients stay safe, healthy, and feel loved.  Right now is a stressful time for everyone, but most especially for healthcare workers.  We understand that you are balancing your commitment to your residents with your commitment to your own families, and keeping them safe as well.  Below are some resources to help.  You’ll find access to therapists and clinicians to talk to, materials and ideas for your kids, information on taking care of yourself, and much more.  Check back frequently as we’ll work to keep this site updated. Cigna's Coronavirus Resource Center,, includes mental health and well-being resources.

Are you and your family covered under Cigna?  They are offering six free counseling sessions during this time. Support is available 24/7.  You can also call the 24/7 toll-free number on the back of your Cigna ID card, or go to > EAP Coverage Page and use the Live Chat feature to get started.
