Maintenance Technician (part-time)

We’re currently looking for a part-time (24 hour) Maintenance Technician, ideally with a background in the healthcare industry, who enjoys working with seniors as part of a dedicated team.

Fairview Odd Fellows is Southeastern Connecticut's award-winning Independent Living community and leading provider of short-term rehabilitative and long-term living nursing services.

If you have a passion for working with seniors and are an experienced Maintenance Tech we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate will:

· Have maintenance tech experience in a healthcare environment

· Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on all appropriate equipment on an as-needed basis

· Provide technical support as necessary

· Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Have an excellent work ethic and professional demeanour

· Be interested in learning and growing your skill set

· Meet schedules and timelines set by management

· Ensure compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures with applicable federal, State and local codes, regulations and requirements

· Perform other duties as required
