Eat, Drink, & Bid at Fairview's Auction - November 4th, 2017

Eat, Drink, & Bid at Fairview's Auction

Save the date for Fairview's 15th  annual Auction - our largest annual fundraiser and your chance to bid on exciting items and support a great cause! This year's event will be held on Saturday, November 4th in the auditorium and we have added a few special twists to make this a special occasion to support the renovations in Fairview's Bistro.

This is your opportuntiy to Eat, Drink, & Bid! There will be a wide selection of heavy hors d'oeuvres and an array of delicious desserts coupled with complimentary wine and beer, all set to the soundtrack of live music from the Ian Kelly Trio. Bid on a fantastic variety of items in the silent auction and a smaller selection of high-end and luxury items in a fast and fun live auction. This will be a night to remember while supporting the wonderful work being done at Fairview.

Contribute to the auction

Donations of luxury items for the silent and live auction (such as trips, use of a condo, golf packages, gift certificates, pieces of art, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, themed gift baskets or other items of interest) would be greatly appreciated.  Download the Auction Donation Form. All donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

Sponsors needed

This is a major fundraiser for Fairview and we need your help! Please consider sponsoring the event or donating an item for the auction. See the Sponsor Benefits here. Proceeds from this year’s auction will be used for Fairview’s unrestricted annual fund and will help as we implement so much needed renovations at the Bistro, the popular cafe on campus that is enjoyed by patients, residents, families, and friends.

Located on 70 acres of riverfront land in Groton, CT, Fairview was founded in 1892 by the CT Independent Order of Odd Fellows Grand Lodge as a non-profit senior housing and healthcare provider. Today, the campus includes multiple facilities, providing rehabilitation services and options for independent living. Although membership in the Odd Fellows is no longer required for admission, we are still guided by the organization’s principles of friendship, love and truth.
